Likewise our team of home care advisors (case managers) have responsibility for clients in their particular area. Kinder Caring specialises in supporting families in their commitment to allow loved ones to remain in their home.   Working closely with clients, families, physicians and medicos, we are committed to making our clients feel happy and well cared for. Our Care Workers have a variety of skills and experience allowing us to cater to all in-home care and nursing needs.   We provide services from one hour in-home assistance up to 24 hour care and Registered Nurse Case Management. Unique Care was originally known as Uniquekids when it was founded in 2015. It was a service to help and assist children with different Neuorological needs such as Autism/ ADHD. As our client base grew it was very clear that there was a great need for this service across all age groups and mental health conditions. We have now transitioned into Unique Care and Accommodation.Unique Care and Accommodation provides individualised services and short term accommodation to NDIS clients. All of our carers are individually chosen and have a lived experience in the area of mental health.
