The support we provide is tailored with you and is to meet your individual needs. We understand the need for people to maintain control over their lives and feel comfortable with the level of support in their own homes, whilst still maintaining their lifestyle.

Home Care Packages

We are a registered Home Care Package provider across all of Queensland using the Consumer Directed Care model. We offer choice and control for all support needs and provision of services.

We have experienced, mature and well trained staff in addition to well-established contractors to provide professional quality care. We have agreements with contractors who provide allied health services such as nursing and occupational therapy.

We pride ourselves on being responsive to meeting with you to set up and manage your Home Care Package, and to being available to respond promptly to your enquiries.

Our range of NDIS-funded and home based Aged Care services are tailored to meet your individual needs, giving you choice and control with how you live your life. We can partner with you on:

• Accessing community programs and social activities

• Personal care, health and wellbeing

• Learning new skills

• Domestic assistance - buying groceries, paying bills, budgeting and more

• Household chores

Fee For Service

We also offer competitively priced services privately for those ineligible for assistance through My Aged Care.
