My father settled into Arcare Carnegie November 2021. I am highly impressed by this facility, its management and the staff. There is a very focused philosophy of individualised Person-Centred Care. Dad is treated with great dignity, and staff have a flexible approach to his care needs. From what I have observed, staff seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with residents. My father says, quite often; “Every single person here is kind to me”. He loves his private room where he can look out at the birds feeding from the bird feeder and then bathing in the birdbath. After working in the health and community welfare sector for many years, I had very high standards and expectations when seeking a residential service for my Father. Arcare Carnegie has surpassed all my expectations. Dad appears to be the most contented I have ever seen him. We are grateful.
