With a heritage in supported seniors’ living that dates back to 1969, Arcare has become one of the most innovative aged care providers in Australia. Our first aged care residence was built in 1997 and since then we’ve grown to twenty seven throughout Victoria and Queensland.
Our relationship-focused approach to celebrating and supporting old age is not only unique to Arcare, it’s also considered by aged care experts globally to be at the forefront of elder-care. This innovative approach puts the development and deepening of relationships between residents, clients, family and staff above all else. Each of these relationships is important and valued, and this is why we’re committed to nurturing the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of everyone involved.
One of the most important ways of supporting the development of these relationships is our internationally recognised Dedicated Staff Assignment, which we won a 2015 Better Practice Award from the Australian Aged Quality Agency.
Having broadened our services to include care in the home, we proudly remain a family-owned business.
