Woodhaven is home to a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive community that maintains strong connections with the local area and partnerships with local organisations. For more than 25 years, we have cared for and supported the wellbeing of many people in Lockhart and across the Riverina.
We offer 23 single rooms with private ensuites, 11 of which have direct access to garden areas. Clinical staff, including registered nurses and personal care assistants are available 24-hours. Palliative care and respite care also available.
