Uniting AgeWell Tasmania South Home Care support people around Hobart to remain living at home, safely and independently, for as long as possible.
We provide Home Care Packages to seniors in Brighton, Central Highlands, Clarence, Derwent Valley, Glamorgan-Spring Bay, Glenorchy, Hobart, Huon Valley, Kingsborough, Southern Midlands and Tasmans.
Home Care Packages support you with assistance such as:
- Personal and domestic care
- Clinical care
- Assistive technology
- Support with shopping
- Gardening
- Assistance attending a social activity
- Other community support.
The amount of support provided to you depends on the Home Care Package level you receive.
Southern Tasmania Community Programs are coordinated from Uniting AgeWell’s Home Care office in Mornington.
