Uniting AgeWell Loddon Mallee South Home Care supports people across the Loddon Mallee to remain living at home, safely and independently, for as long as possible.
We provide Home Care Packages across the LGAs of Loddon, Central Goldfields, Mount Alexander, Buloke, Macedon, Greater Bendigo and Campaspe.
Home Care Packages support you with assistance such as:
- Personal and domestic care
- Clinical care
- Assistive technology
- Support with shopping
- Gardening
- Assistance attending a social activity
- Other community support.
The amount of support provided to you depends on the Home Care Package level you receive.
We deliver home care using a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) approach, which puts you in control of the services you receive.
