Noble Park Community Services provide home care, social support, allied health and therapy programs such as podiatry and exercise classes, and respite services, including day activities and outings.
Home Care Packages support you at home with assistance such as personal and domestic care, clinical care, assistive technology, support with shopping, gardening or attending a social activity, and other community support. The amount of support provided to you depends on the Home Care Package level you receive.
The Scott Club provides social support for older people living in the community with early stage dementia/memory loss, or other age-related challenges. It enables clients to meet and socialise with others through enjoyable activities that aim to maintain physical and emotional wellbeing.
Flexible social programs, including centre-based activities and community outings, are tailored to support individual needs with a focus on positive ageing.
Our centre-based activities include music programs, gardening in our community garden, craft, writing, quizzes, memory games, cooking, walking and so much more. Our programs & activities are client directed.
Our Allied Health & Therapy Services include fast stream rehabilitation and health maintenance programs, special focus groups and health promotion activities, such as:
- occupational therapy
- podiatry and foot care
- aids and equipment
- strength and resilience training
- memory support
- falls prevention education
- Tai Chi & Chi Guong
- Nordic Walking.
