Uniting AgeWell Grampians Community Transport supports people in Victoria’s east to remain living at home, safely and independently, for as long as possible.

We provide community transport to clients across the LGAs of Ballarat, Pyrenees and Ararat.

Community transport services are offered to clients who are unable to access public transport. Our services include transport to medical appointments, the hairdresser, local shops, community groups and more.
