The Connault is a luxury retirement village like no other, located in the leafy suburb of Balwyn.
Situated on spacious grounds on Melbourne's second highest point, this historic art-deco mansion was built by Oliver Gilpin in the 1930s creating an estate famed throughout Melbourne for its opulence and style.
There are 30 single and double suites, and are individual and tastefully appointed with ensuite, built-in wardrobe, tea-making facilities, central-heating, private telephone connection & are self-furnished. The lounges, dining room and library provide graceful surroundings for social gatherings whilst the balconies, garden courtyard and grounds allow for pleasant outdoor relaxation.
Our mantra is to ensure our residents are living their best life in a tranquil and worry free environment. We truly believe in aging in place and will accommodate residents until the end. We also have a focus on building community and family. creating an environment where relationships can thrive and deepen further.
