The residential wings at SwanCare Kingia have been furnished to create a world of colour to aid in stimulation for residents. High attention to detail has been paid to ensure that furnishings encourage residents to engage with the world around them.

The centre incorporates complex nursing expertise and a secure dementia care wing overlooking two sun filled courtyards.

Communal lounge and dining areas provide welcoming and comfortable spaces where residents can enjoy companionship and shared activities, including a fully equipped hairdresser. SwanCare Kingia is also home to Spritz Café, which is a perfect place for residents and visitors to get together over a cup of coffee or meal.

Each one of our 84-bedroom suites has been tastefully furnished with high quality furnishings and fixtures. Each bedroom features reverse cycle air-conditioning. Residents are welcome to bring along their own small TV or hire one during their residency.
