What is a Home Care Package?
A Home Care Package is a selection of tailored, coordinated services to meet individual needs and goals, and is generally funded by the Department of Health.
Eligibility for a Government funded package is assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) and Star of the Sea Community Care is able to assist with applications for this initial requirement.
Our Community Care staff will meet with you to discuss the types of care, and services and equipment which can be provided to enhance independence at home.

- Level 1 supports people with basic care needs
