At St Vincent’s Care Services, we make you the priority.
You can rely on us for tailored support to help you maintain your lifestyle and stay connected to your community. We take the time to get to know you and tailor support to meet your unique needs.
We can lend a hand with day-to-day chores, help you manage your medication, or simply share a cup of tea and an enjoyable chat — whatever you need. We provide quality, reliable at-home support. When you book a service, we deliver. In addition to our standard operating hours (7am to 5pm), we are contactable 24-hours-a-day for urgent requests via our client telephone support service.
Your program of support is managed by a dedicated Community Living Co-ordinator — someone you can depend on and who understands your needs and interests. They ensure all services are delivered to the highest standard by a professional, friendly team. All our staff have extensive training, and live our values of compassion, justice, integrity and excellence every day.
