Southern Cross Care provides a range of Health & Wellness services for anyone over the age of 50 years at our Health & Wellness Centres.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, or just want a more active life, our group therapy and fitness classes and one-on-one health services could be perfect for you.

Located in leafy Myrtle Bank and as part of Carmelite, this is a modern, fully-equipped wellbeing facility which provides a host of therapies to help you live a full life.
