Meet the friendly faces behind Simply Helping South West Victoria, Aaron Batson and his partner Chelsea Lee. Aaron and Chelsea both grew up in the Wimmera region and have taken over the reins of the family business from Aaron’s father, Keith. Having been involved in Simply Helping South West Vic for many years, Aaron has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, as does Chelsea. She came on board as the Client Care Coordinator in 2018, and together they have worked hard to build a solid reputation in the community based on trust. Both are kind and approachable people and passionate about helping others. They ensure that their friendly team of professional carers provide the utmost care and support that is second to none.

Experience

We have been supporting the community with trusted care services since 2012. During this time, we have learnt the importance of diversity. Therefore, we’ve expanded our range of home care services to include everything from personal care and domestic care, right through to transportation, social support, pet sitting, garden maintenance and more. All services have been designed to make life easier for you, producing a level of support that you can rely on.

Being local to the area we service allows us flexibility. You are not restricted by a one-size-fits-all model that is often experienced with larger providers based elsewhere. Most of our carers live locally, some for more than 20 years. This means they can confidently assist you around the community. They are familiar with the local shopping strips, medical practices, schools, and more. It also serves as a great opportunity to draw on their local knowledge.
