Meet Our Manager

Simply Helping Loddon Mallee has a new, friendly and skilled manager – Jacquie. With a local presence based in Bendigo, Jacquie brings more than 30 years’ experience in the aged care and disability sector. She is a hands-on, down-to-earth professional, with a strong focus on quality person-centred care. Taking the time to listen and understand your individual needs allows Jacquie and her team to match you with the most compatible care worker. This approach encourages trusting relationships, which makes it easier to work together to achieve your goals.

Our Philosophy

To prevent people moving out of their home unnecessarily, and into residential care, we identified a need for a local home care provider. By offering high-quality home care services, people can remain living in the comfort of their own home, for longer. We look for home care solutions that are flexible. This allows people to have greater choice and control over their care supports, at home and in the community.

Having choice over the home care supports you need, allows you to remain in control. You can choose which services you need, and when you need them. With our wide range of home care services available, you can design a care plan that works for you.

We recognise that everyone is different, and understand that you have your own set of circumstances. Our home care services can be tailored to meet your needs. Offering aged care, disability care, social support, and many other home care services, we assist you to live independently and safely at home.

Our Team

Bound together by a passion for helping others, we are a close-knit team at Simply Helping. With you in mind, we aim to deliver consistent, high-quality home care services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our support workers are qualified, police checked, and hold Working With Children Checks. However, it takes more than qualifications and security checks to be a proficient support worker. We also look for people who are kind, with a caring nature to join our team. All Simply Helping support workers appreciate the importance of being available for a good old-fashioned chat, and can lend an empathetic ear. Our support workers are always respectful and renown to “go that extra mile”.
