Roman has an extensive background advocating for people living with disability, mental health concerns, and seniors residing in care facilities. He has helped many people access opportunities to gain a better quality of lifestyle. After witnessing first-hand the difficulties faced by vulnerable individuals, Roman believes more successful outcomes are achieved when people can continue living in the comfort of home — while receiving tailored support to improve their independence and make everyday living easier.
