Located in the heart of Mount Lawley, Residency By Dillons Mount Lawley (formally known as the Second Avenue Aged Care Facility) is a “Home of our Heritage”. The facility embraces and respects the traditional & cultural backgrounds of residents within an atmosphere of peace, security and harmony permitting them to live creatively and wherever possible independently.

Since 1963 Residency by Dillons Mount Lawley has been a vital part of our community working together with the local schools, library and our neighbours to enhance each resident’s quality of life. For families and visitors, the facility is ideally situated for ease of access off arterial roads and public transport.

Residency By Dillons Mount Lawley provides accommodation for 44 residents. The facility comprises of a combination of single and twin share rooms, and 14 rooms with private ensuites and courtyard access. The facility encourages that in the event of a resident's care needs increasing, the facility will make every effort to provide the care required.
