Oasis Garden Village, is a Dependent living, Independent lifestyle Retirement Village.

We have - on call emergency assistance 24/7. Someone will be with you assisting you in an emergency if it should ever occur. We are always on call.

We provide 3 meals per day. (you can have a kettle toaster and a microwave in your room)

Breakfast is at your time, we provide you with what you need for a continental breakfast.

Lunch is in the main dining @ 12 pm, it is a main meal with dessert, tea and coffee. You can take it back to your room if you prefer and when u are unwell we’ll bring it to you.

Tea is in the main dining room @ 5pm, it is Soup followed by a light meal, tea and coffee. You can take it back to your room if you prefer and when u are unwell we’ll bring it to you.

We clean the room once a week.

Provide bedlinen pillow slips and towels.

We are on call 24/7 for any emergencies. We can help with reminding to take medications. We also have a Village car to help you get to your local appointments and drop and/or pick up for shopping.

Currently we have inside bedsitter Apt available from $120,000., $165,000.00.  Overlooking the back garden, ensuite, close to the Dining room.

an inside spacious bedsitter with a verandah $ 200,000.00, close to the dining room.

There is a fortnight living fee currently of $1,085.00.  Regardless of your source of income. Depending on your circumstance you may be entitled to Rent Assistance on top of the Centrelink you receive. (increases with every pension rise) March and September.

We pay all living costs for running a home.

Visitors and guests are always welcome. (Meals and/or overnight. Conditions apply).
