Overview
Multicultural Care provides range of in-home services across various programs such as CHSP, Veterans Home Care, HCP, STRC to over 65 people from both English-speaking as well as CALD and NESB.
Our services are catered to support people and their families, enabling them to continue living independently and safely in their own homes as long as practicable, to access their community and to improve quality of life.
We achieve it by providing services subsidised through My Aged Care, VHC, etc
