Overview
The Community Wellbeing team of Mount Alexander Shire Council provides Commonwealth funded Community Home Support Program (CHSP) services, State funded Home and Community Care for Younger People Program (HACC-PYP) services and brokered services to Home Care Package clients to eligible residents of the Shire. Please contact our team for more information. Our team also provides services to Veterans Affairs client under the Veterans Home Care Program in both the Mount Alexander and Central Goldfields Shires.
