Our Wellness Centre in Reservoir offers specialised exercise and training programs for people over the age of 65. By joining us, you will be able to maintain your independence, increase you fitness, balance and coordination, and lower your risk of falling. Our health professionals will work with you to boost your general health and make a positive difference to your wellbeing.
We offer a range of program options including:
- strengthening, for the upper and lower body
- balance to improve stability and coordination
- physiotherapy to help maintain an independent lifestyle, including an initial assessment and ongoing reviews
