Manoah House
About
Manoah House is a fully accredited residential aged care provider, situated in the semi-rural suburb of Martin in the Perth metropolitan area.
Established by the Christian Reformed Churches of Western Australia, Manoah House has been providing a caring, Christian atmosphere to its 33 residents for more than 20 years. Our New Wing opened in December 2020.
Under the supervision of a thoroughly experienced management team, Manoah House is small enough to be able to provide a highly personalised standard of care to residents respecting each person’s dignity, privacy and family.
All residents are accommodated in spacious, homely, single accommodation units, all with ensuite bathroom, plenty of natural lighting and reverse air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
We are the only ethnic-specific residential care facility in Western Australia catering for Dutch persons from different backgrounds and we are particularly attractive to the many who share that cultural heritage and our Christian ethos. Nevertheless, we do take in all nationalities
We make regular use of specialist staff for palliative care, physiotherapy, podiatry, food diet and dentistry and we also have entertainment programs scheduled daily for the pleasure of our residents.
Bible study groups also regularly meet. Excursions take place monthly at a minimum.
We were a finalist in the Aged Care Services Association (ACSA) Award for Provider of the Year in 2019
We also run a 24 independent living units retirement village on the same site and give some priority to those retirement village residents who qualify for admission to our aged care residential facility.
