About
The Home was founded with a vision of generosity and determination. To create for the community a facility of unprecedented value to serve our aging population. This ethos continues to underpin the organisation. We are at the forefront of technology and have positioned ourselves as a caring, spiritual, and innovative provider in Residential Care Services, Community Care and Independent Living.
Permanent and Respite Care
We offer both permanent and respite care. An assessment by the Aged Care Assessment team is essential to determine your level of care. Our Placement Coordinator is available to discuss your needs and our accommodation availability once you have received this assessment. Should you require high or low-level respite care we have allocated suites available. You can make a booking in advance by contacting our Placement Coordinator.
Residential Specialist Care Approaches
For those with cognitive and intellectual deterioration, we offer a dedicated Dementia Ward that is safe and appropriate for this level of care.
Medical and Health Professionals
Professionals visit regularly to maintain the health of our residents and to ensure active treatments and rehabilitation programs are in place.
Chaplaincy Service
Our Pastor is onsite and is available for all residents and their families. Services are held on Sundays at 10.30 am in the Gramp Chapel. Our spiritual services include counselling, bible studies, hymn singing and pastoral care.
