Our platform matches Members to local Social Carers; providing them with personalised care and companionship based on their hobbies, interests, and goals. The organisation supports individuals with tasks such as social activities and outings, meal prep and shopping, household tasks, light walks and exercise, transport, assistance with appointments and errands, skills training, and more
