The Central Gippsland Health Aged Care Network is made up of four Aged Care facilities located with in the Wellington Shire.
We offer a range of various accommodation & living arrangements to maintain your independence, dignity, privacy and comfort.

Laurina Lodge is co located with Heyfield Hospital Inc Laurina lodge is a 51 bed facility offering transitional care, respite and permanent care.
In addition to all aged care services, residents have access to Heyfield Medical Centre located on-site.
