Jeremiah Donovan House caters for 65 residents and offers a full range of services including nursing care, medication management, personal care, hospitality services and dementia support services. Residents also receive support from allied health professionals.

The home has outdoor courtyards and several indoor common areas where residents can take part in activities, socialise or simply relax and enjoy time with visitors. There is also a peaceful chapel which provides a place for quiet reflection.

We understand the importance of nutritious and balanced meals for our residents’ wellbeing. Fresh meals are cooked daily onsite by our experienced chefs and cooks. The menus at our residential aged care change to reflect seasonality and are assessed by a dietician for suitability and nutritional value including recommended dietary intake.

Our aged care homes have been designed to ensure residents feel comfortable and at home. We provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to individual needs including residents living with dementia.

Caring for someone with dementia can be challenging. At Jeremiah Donovan House, residents living with dementia have regular visits from our Dementia Specialist team who assess, review and provide individual dementia support. They work closely with family members and staff to develop a dementia care plan, tailored to their individual needs to ensure the resident is comfortable, safe and happy in their surroundings. Our home also features a sensory garden which has been designed to stimulate the senses of those living with dementia.

Situated 2km from the Forrestfield Forum Shopping Centre, Jeremiah Donovan House has easy access to a supermarket, chemist, post office, bank and medical centre. It is co-located with the Donovan Retirement Village and Donovan Respite Centre.
