James Brown Memorial Trust provide a comprehensive range of client led services to meet your individual needs, and assist you to remain living in your own home and community.
Services are provided through highly trained staff who will support you toward fulfilling your daily needs and longer term plans. The professional support maybe provided on a short term, episodic or long term basis with a strong emphasis on restorative approaches.
A comprehensive range of services are provided through Federal Government subsidised services including Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program and also through our quality self funded service program.
Where Are Services Available?
Services are currently being provided within:
- Southern regional suburbs
- Mallee region
- Fleurieu Peninsula
- Adelaide Hills.
Who Can Access the Service?
Services are aimed toward:
- People aged 65 and older.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples aged 50 and older.
- Younger people in exceptional circumstances.
How Much Will the Service Cost?
Fees will vary depending on the service required. For Government funded programs your contribution will be either an hourly or weekly fee.
