healthAbility Connect Well Groups

healthAbility is a not-for-profit independent community health organisation that has been providing support and care to people for nearly 50 years.

We exist to improve the health and wellbeing of people across all ages and abilities and empower people and communities to enjoy better and longer lives. 

Our Connect Well (Social Support) Groups provide activities to help older people to live a healthier, more rewarding and socially engaged life.

Connect Well Groups provide a program of activities that maintain and enhance the daily living skills of all participants. The program of activities addresses a participant’s physical, social, cultural, emotional and recreational needs and provides opportunities to stay connected to the community.
