Resident Funded Units:
- One-bedroom with sunroom, two & three-bedroom units purchased with a licence to occupy.

Can I make improvements to my home?
Improvements can be made with approval from the administration. On termination of your contract, items purchased by you for such improvements may be removed at your cost and the home restored to its original condition.
