Estia Health Willoughby

My 105 year old mum has been a resident of Estia Willoughby for over 2 years. I visit nearly every day and I am always welcomed by EVERYONE - staff, residents and other visitors. Estia is a happy place with professional staff who are caring, willing to help and interested in my mum and me. Mum needs high care and the staff are always smiling, chatting with her and looking after her physical needs.
All are invited to the monthly residents meetings where issues are discussed, ideas explored and minutes taken and distributed - very open and honest communication is encouraged.
The food is nutritious and mum receives 1 serving of protein and 3 servings of vegetables for her daily main meal.
This is why she is still thriving at 105 !!
The Lifestyle team love to celebrate with high quality concerts and activities which build community.
I am very happy and mum is very happy. Even my daughter's dog can visit !!!
