We're an approved provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP), TAC, Workcover, iCare, LSA, ICWA and other funded programs.

Our Services

Supported Independent Living - Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services enable participants to live safely and independently in their own homes or supported accommodation/SDA. Our services include support for personal care needs, participating in the household and managing household tasks. We specialise in providing care for those with higher needs who require continuous active assistance for complex conditions.

Community participation - Our community supports are designed to allow individuals to participate in the community, achieve goals and meet social needs. From personal care to support to travel to outings, community clubs, activities and programs, our services are designed to maximise independence and improve functional skills.

Supported Accommodation - As the SIL provider in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties, we can connect you with a housing option that meets your needs. These properties meet NDIS design standards including Improved Livability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support. Offering in-home supports in a large variety of properties around Australia, we can help you find a housing option that meets your preferred lifestyle and funding – from homes in semi-rural areas, shared accommodation with likeminded residents, to one-bedroom self-contained apartments in the heart of bustling cities.

Our approach

We take a personalised approach to every individual who trusts us to provide their care, working closely with participants, their families and support networks to understand their needs, and establish a care plan tailored to your funding and supported by our clinical governance.

We’re there each step of the way to support the transition to community-based care or care within one of our dedicated specialist disability accommodation homes.

Our goal is always to work alongside individuals to provide the supports needed to live your lives the way you choose. That’s why our services are not one size fits all - we'll make sure each individual is at the centre of all decision-making so that we’re able to provide the care and support needed and be part of an inclusive community. We support our clients in accessing appropriate NDIS funding, and we’re also available 24/7 so whenever things change, we’re here to help.
