Our services are available to everyone, we don’t distinguish between cultures, or beliefs, we care for anyone needing our support to stay in their own home doing the things they love. It’s your choice as to what you need to be happy at home, we’ll work with you to make it happen.

Home Care Packages

The only limit to how we can help you to live the way you want, in your home is your imagination. 

We’re here to support you in any way that best suits you. We’re pleased to help guide you through our range of services to ensure you’re totally happy and comfortable with your choices. We’re also more than happy to make changes to your services, we’re very flexible.

Private Services

Open to everyone, with a focus on your choice and needs our Private Services involves one-on-one support from a member of our caring and respectful team. 

There’s lots of options to choose from, for example we can accompany you on visits to friends or family, take you to lunch at your favourite restaurant, or to a family gathering like a wedding or birthday party. 

Health and Wellness Programs

Our health and wellness approach is to focus on your abilities rather than disabilities. 

We encourage everyone to do as much as they can, by way of everyday tasks, for themselves and we’ll support you with reablement training for those jobs which’ve become difficult to do. Our team of health professionals including registered nurses, podiatrists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists are available to support you at home. 

Short Term Restorative Care

Our wish is for you to be able to live happily and healthily and to be able to choose what you want to do and where you want to do it. 

These services will help you to achieve just that. Our team of health care professionals and home care team will assist in improving your ability to accomplish everyday tasks and allow you to remain independent. 

Day Therapy Centres

Your health and wellbeing are at the heart of the care provided by our team of friendly allied health professionals and specialist facilitators at our Day Therapy Centres located in Guildford and Belmont. 

Depending on what you need and want, we’ll create a personalised program for you, so we can support you to be able to continue to do the things you love. 

Transport Services

We take the worry out of getting to appointments, activities and shopping. For short or long trips, our transport service can get you to where you want to be.

Our friendly team can connect you to local services who know the town and will get you out and about. And all our entry level care and community support services are subsidised by the Government and are very affordable.
