Care Net has built a positive and productive relationship with the community, providing staff to the Department of Social Services other Government funded community organisations via brokerage agreements to ensure HACC and Home Care Packages levels 1-4, are delivered.
We are contracted service providers for Department of Veterans’ Affairs Community Nursing & Veterans’ Home Care Programs.
When care is needed our dedicated, multi-skilled, support staff are able to assist you with all aspects of daily living, providing security for you and your family through our regular visits regardless of circumstances and level of care.

We are available in your community, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
