Healthe Community is part of Healthe Care Australia. We have a long and successful history of providing community nursing, allied health and support services to older people, veterans, people with disabilities, and other members of the community. Together Healthe Community services provide over 18,000 home visits per month to clients living in Sydney, the Central Coast, the Hunter region and the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Healthe Community has more than 60 years’ experience. We are your trusted provider delivering a comprehensive range of Government or privately funded home based services including home nursing, personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, companionship, disability services, veterans’ services and rehabilitation services.
Our approach focuses on you - your story, your personal journey and your specific needs. Our highly qualified and experienced staff work with you and those close to you, to develop tailored care plans that can be scheduled any time of the day or night, seven days a week.
