Overview
Alzheimer's Queensland's (AQ) Garden City Multi Service Centre (GCMSC) provides a restorative and wellness approach enabling older people to remain at home and engaged within their local community longer. Our Centre operates from cottage-style homes located in Upper Mount Gravatt that are suitable for people living with dementia or the frail aged, as well as those over 65 seeking opportunities for social and community engagement. We also offer centre-based and in-home respite care giving carers and families a well-earned break. AQ is an approved Australian Government for the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP).
