Our newly built Care Community in Applecross, Western Australia, is located within the foreshore of the Swan River and represents the pinnacle of residential aged care, surpassing anything you’ve seen before in Perth.

Our team will care for your clinical needs and support you to enjoy the interests, relationships and food you love, within a warm, caring environment. Our in-house Chef creates nutritious home-style meals cooked fresh each day or you can pop into Café Jetty and enjoy barista-style coffee and delicious snacks with family and friends. Our delightful resident kitchens offer a friendly social hub where everyone can enjoy fun times, food or swap a recipe or two.

Our custom-designed Care Community features luxurious bedrooms with ensuites, spacious indoor and outdoor areas, shaded balconies and a dedicated memory care neighbourhood providing care for people living with dementia. Residents can choose to stay active at our onsite wellness centre, where a team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and occupational therapists support residents to achieve improved mobility, independence and overall wellbeing. Our well-appointed hairdresser and day spa features beauty and nail treatments so residents can look and feel their best.
