Anglican Care is an innovative and progressive provider of aged care services in the Hunter and Central Coast regions in NSW. The organisation offers a wide choice of care services options to meet individual needs, improve lifestyle, encourage independence, maintain socialisation within our community & assure peace of mind.
Anglican Care has been operating in excess of 50 years and is the aged care ministry of the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle. A not-for-profit organisation, any surplus funds are used to enhance the excellent care & quality lifestyle offered to our residents and clients.
Greenmount Gardens is well known for its beautifully landscaped gardens and its proximity to Lake Macquarie Fair Shopping Centre which is located directly across the road from the Village. Additionally, for resident's convenience, Greenmount Gardens is situated close to transport, bowling and social clubs.
Residential Aged Care
Greenmount Gardens Hostel provides accommodation for 42 low level care residents. Enjoying a long history in the Lake Macquarie area, the facility is well known in the local community for the quality of care it provides and the friendly atmosphere of the Village.
Greenmount Gardens is fully certified and accredited with the Department of Social Services and the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency.
The quality of care provided at Greenmount Gardens is enhanced by the provision of a stimulating lifestyle and wellbeing program.
Anglican Care’s Greenmount Gardens Village also has 34 one and two-bedroom units on site, as well as a community room.
