We are one of the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast's most respected and flexible Government Approved care and support services, with a reputation for helping you to get the most out of your Home Care Package (HCP). With NO start-up or exit fees, providing in-home aged care, support for people dealing with chronic illness, in-home respite, palliative care and family support across the Gold Coast, Tweed Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

Our Award-winning, warm and professional team are known for providing complete continuity of care tailored to you, from emergency care and support to hospital support, transition care, regular home care and 24-hour care at home; we are your dementia and Alzheimer's professionals.

If you are off your feet after an illness or need a little extra help to give you the confidence to stay at home, our Angels in Aprons can step in. Our home care Angels will be there to provide one-on-one care at home with a focus on helping you stay as active, independent and engaged as possible, whether you need a short visit and a cup of tea each week or around the clock care due to dementia or chronic illness.

We can also provide in-home respite for carers and can be there for you to bring you the things you need if you’re in hospital. We will transport you home, settle you in and ensure everything is running smoothly when the time comes.

We understand how important it is to provide the same friendly faces every visit offering continuity of care as your needs change. Our reliable, discreet and professional team know it’s the little things that can make a big difference, from helping you with personal grooming and cleaning the house to providing transport and a caring companion when you go out or cooking a meal with you at home.

Having our own team of Registered Nurses on staff means when your care needs grow, we can continue to give you the extra support you need with the same friendly team you have come to know, and who know your needs and preferences. Our Clinical (RN) advisor is also on hand for your needs, specialising in dementia and continence aid assessments.
