Overview
Home Care Packages (HCP) provide support to help you live safely in your home. Our focus is on 'doing with' rather than 'doing for', ensuring you remain independent. HCPs are allocated in levels from 1 - 4.
The package gives you more control, and each level has a budget allocation for:
- personal care (showering, dressing)
- household help - chores like cleaning and meal preparation
- transport for medical appointments and shopping
- social support (visiting a friend, movies, lunch, hobbies)
- personal safety, monitoring devices and other equipment
- home modifications (ramps, rails, etc.)
- gardens and lawns
- well-being programs
