Perth Home Care Services Community Packages

Perth Home Care Services is an organisation which provides flexible, person centred services to assist you to retain your independence and live at home with dignity.

Support is provided to frail aged, younger people with a disability, people with mental illness and carers who live in the metropolitan area. Our Support Workers offer you peace of mind by being responsive to your needs. They are formally trained, police cleared and fully insured for accident and injury.

Helping you at home with:

• Personal care
• Showering, toileting, dressing
• Respite - including overnight and short term care to give your primary carer a break
• Domestic assistance - cleaning, shopping, meal preparation
• Companionship and recreation
• Coordination of care
• Nursing consultancy
• Dementia specialised support
• Crisis care - 24 hours a day, 365 days year.

Perth Home Care Services provides a crisis care service which supports the main carer in the event of critical illness, carer's stress or any other incident. Generally, within one hour of a call, arrangements are made for a member of the crisis care service to come to your home. There is no charge for the crisis care service for people eligible for Home and Community Care Services.
