The professional chef, mentor and blogger demonstrates an expensive background and passion in producing great food and is a renowned expert in texture-modified meals for both the aged care and health industries.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lifeview Madeline Gall anticipates Mr Tibor will be a “great asset to the team.”

“We are very excited to have Tibor on board with us,” she says.

“Tibor’s innovation with food, in particular texture-modified meals is amazing and it is extremely important to us and for those living in aged care, to have a variety of great food that is delicious, nutritious and visually appealing.”

Mr Paller says he is “thrilled” to join the Lifeview team.

“I have always had a passion for making good food and believe that the love of food doesn’t just stop with age.”

“The residents of Lifeview are already very well catered for. They choose what goes on the menus and work with the chefs in each home to design menus that are appealing and nutritious for all,” he explains.

The chef’s experience will align well with the nutritional expectations of Lifeview’s residents.

“It is an honour for me to be able to share new ideas and to be able to offer improved texture-modified meals for those residents who require their meals in this matter, particularly for those with dysphagia or living with dementia, as well as having the opportunity to pass on my expertise in this area to Lifeview’s passionate chefs,”

Mr Tibor will be speaking at a number of upcoming conferences including the Aged Care Summit in Brisbane this month and The Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare in October.
