The owner / director trained as a doctor through Melbourne University then worked at the Austin Hospital in Heidelberg. We do not necessarily require accommodation bonds (RADs) and you don't have to sell your home. We welcome applicants who have little to no assets.Care Services We offer Respite Care, Day Care, Ageing in Place (Low to High Care, Dementia Care), Palliative Care.Registered Nurse Division 1 onsite 24/7 with a generous level of staffing. We already exceed the Royal Commission's target level of care minutes which takes effect in Oct 2023.Many of our staff have been with us for greater than 5 years. We embrace the use of technology to help deliver the best care possible - from using electronic systems to do most of our documentation to administering medications to dementia friendly robotic pets. We rapid test all staff at least every 48 hrs and provide enhanced PPE (P2/N95 masks) to all who enter.
