Monday to Friday our friendly volunteers home deliver delicious, hot and nutritious three-course meals. For weekends, public holidays and as needed, freshly frozen meals can be delivered in advance, ready to just heat and serve. Meals on Wheels SA caters for people with a wide variety of support needs who cannot shop or cook for themselves. It's really simple, there's no means test, eligibility is based on need - no contracts and no waiting lists - you can even refer yourself! We also welcome donations of time through volunteering and financial support to help fund worthwhile projects.
