Overview
The City of Burnside Home Support Program is funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). To be eligible for services, you must be aged 65 years or older (50 years or older for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people) and have a referral from My Aged Care. The Home Support Program provides community transport, social and fitness activities, individual support, domestic assistance, home maintenance and minor home modifications.
