Toolkit to encourage more diversity in volunteering
A Practical Guide – Involving Volunteers from Diverse Cultural and Language Backgrounds in Your Organisations – has been produced by Volunteering Australia.
It seeks to assist not-for-profit organisations to engage volunteers from diverse cultural backgrounds and provide more culturally sensitive services.
It will also help such organisations become aware of issues specific to women from culturally diverse communities.
