Located in Randwick in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, those buying into the premium aged care community can enjoy living close to family, friends and local amenities when the development opens in July next year.

The opening of a display centre in Randwick gives people a chance to explore the retirement living and residential aged care options available at The Grove, which is being developed by aged care provider St Basil’s.

Buyers can secure one of 73 architecturally designed open plan apartments.

“At The Grove, we’ll support your choices, independence and wellbeing to live the future you desire,” says Father Nicholas, chief executive of St Basil’s, a faith based organisation that is part of the Greek Orthodox Church in Australia.

A range of in home care services are also on offer that promote independence and quality of life – these services include an extensive range from simple domestic assistance through to more complex care needs.

With the support of St Basil’s trained staff, residents at the residential aged care centre will receive the highest standards of care, quality seasonal meal choices, on site laundry services and more.

The Grove offers many benefits for residents, including:

an ideal location close to hospitals, medical facilities, pharmacists and care providers

in-home care services that enhance independence and quality of life

alfresco courtyards to entertain family and friends and beautiful landscaped gardens

a range of on-site amenities including a Day Centre, a Wellbeing Centre, a heated pool, an on-site cafe and a hair salon

Father Nicholas says St Basil's latest offering is a “work of the heart”.

“We really want to grow a community that is vibrant, rich and real,” he says.

The Grove display centre is at Shop 45, Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and is open from 18 April, Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm.
