Facilities urged to apply for extra service status

Approved providers of residential aged care are invited to apply for Extra Service Status in 2009. Applications will be accepted from 17 July 2009 until the closing date of 31 July 2009.
A further opportunity to apply for Extra Service Status will be held in conjunction with the 2009-10 Aged Care Approvals Round (ACAR) and the same closing dates will apply for residential aged care places.
Both providers with places and providers seeking places in the ACAR will be invited to apply for Extra Service Status.
