My Mum, who is now 103, had been on the waiting list for an assisted place in a care home for over 3 years. When Carmen at Supportive Aged Care in Brighton heard of our situation, she persisted with great determination until Mum was offered a place in the home of her choice. Carmen was amazing and without her help, genuine concern and dogged determination, I'm sure my Mum would still be waiting! Thank you Carmen, you were magnificent!
