Overview

Spectrum offers a specialist fee-for-service multicultural home care service to help older people & people with a disability to live independently in their own homes. Our clients are predominantly from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, and we consider our client's needs and match them with appropriately trained Support Workers. We have a large multicultural workforce, and collectively our Support Workers are fluent in more than 46 languages.

Our home support services are tailored to meet the client’s needs and may include:

Personal care
Domestic assistance
Community or in-home respite care
Transport services and assisted outings
Overnight care
Dementia specific support.
